Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Ploxto: AI Photo Editor application (the "App") operated by ADVANCORIUM S.L. ("we," "us," or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Ploxto offers premium features via a credit system and auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., weekly or monthly plans). Prices are subject to change. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
3. User Content
You retain all your ownership rights in the photos or images you upload to the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the App and providing the AI-editing features to you.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Create, upload, or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, pornographic, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the AI models, the App, or the servers.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App if you violate these rules.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and AI-generated outputs are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of the AI-generated images. AI technology can be unpredictable, and outputs may not always match your expectations.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ADVANCORIUM S.L., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
